KATRA, Sept 29: District Special Branch of Police today arrested a bootlegger and seized 18 pouches of J&K Excise liquor from his possession.
The accused, identified as Joginder Singh of Serbad Chowk Katra, was carrying these liquor pouches for illegal sale. Police have registered a case under Excise Act against the accused at Police Station Katra.
