JAMMU, Aug 21: Sarpanch village Dever, tehsil Tral in South Kashmir district of Pulwama, Pillu Moti held a meeting with displaced Kashmiri Pandits of the village here, today at Geeta Bhawan Muthi .
She discussed about various development schemes of the Government with them and said many works have been executed in the village for safety and security of temple, Dharamshalla and adjoining springs.
R K Koul president Dever Mandir Committee also discussed the issue of Dharmshalla for whose renovation financial approval of Rs 13.50 lakh has been accorded. The construction of lavatory block within the dharamshalla was also discussed and it was decided the issue will be taken up with the authorities of Rural Development Department and fencing of Cremation Ground will be incorporated in next development plan. C L Bhat a prominent member of the Committee also attended the meeting.
