JAMMU, May 23: Sixty five and eight marlas Government land was retrieved for the encroachers in village Dhan of Tehsil Dansal here.
As per official sources, under the supervision of Tehsildar Dansal Dhruv Gupta and SHO Jhajjar Kotli Inspector Vikram Sharma, Government land measuring 65 kanals and 8 marlas situated in Village Dhan, Tehsil Dansal has been retrieved and illegal encroachers have been evicted from the spot.
Board indicating State Land has also been installed up on the spot.
Order has also been issued to the encroachers by Tehsildar Dansal warning them not to interfere in this land again failing which action under law will be taken against them.
Incharge Manwal Police Post SI Ayub Khan, Naib Tehsildar Jandrah Puran Singh and other officials of Revenue and Police Department were present on the spot.
