SAMBA, Aug 30: A youth was electrocuted while cutting the grass for his cattle at a machine at his residence in village Raipur in Samba district today.
He was identified as Vicky Samyal, 32, son of Sham Singh. He was shifted to District Hospital Samba where the doctors have declared him brought dead.
