JAMMU, Mar 27: Apni Party State General Secretary Vikram Malhotra today said that every religion teaches peaceful coexistence in the society.
He was addressing the culmination ‘Bhagwat Saptah’ at ward number-3 Peer Mitha. Malhotra was the chief guest on the occasion.
He congratulated the organizer of ‘Bhagwat Saptah’ for promoting cultural values among the young generation which brings peace in the mind amid the hectic daily work. Bhagwat Saptah was organized by Manish Kumar, Dharam Parchar Seva.
“Every religion teaches how to live peacefully in a society where people from different religions live with each other. The mutual respect for cultural values of each other strengthens the feeling of unity and coexistence,” he said.
He appreciated the participants and insisted on the organization of such programmes in the society for the preservation, protection and teaching of religious values among the younger generation.
