Aryans holds 10th convocation

JAMMU, Mar 8: Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura (near Chandigarh) today held its 10th convocation in Aryans Campus.
Governor of Himachal Pradesh (HP), Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar was the chief guest on the occasion while Dr M P Poonia, Vice Chairman, AICTE New Delhi, Dr Buta Singh, Vice Chancellor, Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRSPTU) Bathinda and Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department, J&K were the guests of honor.
Dr Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group presided over the function. The students from various programs including Engineering, Law, Management, BEd, Agriculture, BBA, BCA etc were conferred degrees.
Governor of HP in his convocation address said that degree holders have to decide for themselves whether they want to become a job creator or a job provider. The process of learning in life does not end, but from today is the beginning of new education and achieving new goals”, said Arlekar.
Vice Chairman, AICTE said that it is not merely convocation but a new beginning for another challenging life. He advised the students to become a good citizen and work day and night to earn Fame for themselves and the entire Country.
VC, MRSPTU said that Aryans is among those Colleges which are doing a good job in the overall development of its students. He advised the graduates and postgraduates to register themselves at their employment exchange offices at their respective districts.
While speaking, Dr Choudhary said added that he had heard a lot about innovations done by Aryans Kashmiri students. He said that Kashmiri students are very intelligent and they have a lot of potential for innovations.
Prof Roshan Lal Kataria and Rajni Kataria (founders), besides heads of various colleges of Aryan Group were also present on the occasion.
