KATHUA, Aug 12: Police today rescued eight bovine animals and arrested three smugglers in two different incidents.
A police spokesman said that, police party from Marheen Police Post rescued eight bovine animals and arrested three smugglers from two.
Cases under FIR numbers 162/13 and 163/13 under Section 188 RPC, 3 PCA Act has been registered at Marheen Police Post and investigation started.
Police party led by Incharge Police Post Marheen SI Surinder Raina made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Naresh Sharma and SP Mohan Lal.
