JAMMU, Dec 27: For better upkeep and maintenance of the colony, Manorama Vihar residents constituted a Welfare Society and elected Rattan Lal Raina as its chairman.
Yogesh Sharma, Duni Singh Motten and Sandeep Jotshi were made Society members while the executive body included Sandesh Kant as president, Raj Kamal Sharma as vice president, Maharaj Krishan Tickoo as general secretary, Rattan Lal Bhan as secretary, Romesh Koul as chief organizer, Vinod Koul as cashier and Rakesh Peer as press and publicity secretary.
The newly elected members took stock of the problems being faced by residents of the colony and sought cooperation from the residents for immediate resolution of the problems.
