JAMMU, Dec 26: Jammu police today raided different locations and seized five different vehicles involved in illegal mining.
“One vehicle (without registration number) each was seized by police station Domana, police station Bagh e Bahu, police post Jourian, police post Sidhra and police post Phallain Mandal from their respective areas,” a police spokesman said.
He said the seizure was made by SHOs and In-charges of respective police stations and police posts. DMO Jammu was also intimated about the same, the spokesman said, adding, the mining was being done in violation of order of High Court of J&K.
