UDHAMPUR, Dec 23: A meeting was conveyed under the banner of All Jammu and Kashmir Patwar Association here, which was presided over by District President Louchan Singh.
On the occasion, Mushtaq Ahmed Ganai was the chief guest.
During the meeting, various issues being faced by basic members (Patwaries) were disccused.
While speaking, Louchan Singh informed that all issues were already under consideration before the higher authorities which includes DPC grade pay, transfer policy, etc.
In the meeting a resolutions was passed to frame a body which will meet the higher authorities to appraise them about the day-to-day problems being faced by the Patwaries.
Association has decided to go too far if the demands are not redressed in near future.
Among others present were Ghulam Mohammad Provincial Publicity Secretary, Krishan Kumar Executive Member Province Body, Sandeep Kohli Executive Body member, Shakeel Mohd District Vice President, etc.
