JAMMU, Dec 20: Abhijeet Jasrotia, spokesperson BJP today said that National Conference (NC) has always denied justice as it strongly believes in apathy and injustice.
In a statement issued here, he said “Lets peep into history of NC going way back to September- October 1951, when the very first Constituent Assembly was to have a nominal membership of 100 members. Out of them 25 were kept for POK & remaining 75 were divided among Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh,. Out of it 30 were given to 20 lakh population of Jammu whereas 43 were allocated to Kashmir with a marginal population of 18 lakh and meager number of 2 were given to Ladakh”he added.
He said this division of number itself shows the injustice played by NC and Congress who were hand in glove in deceiving people of J&K. Abhijeet Jasrotia added that now a Constitutional body with all important people representative have given a justice to an apathy of 70 years this is haunting and bothering NC who has left no stone unturned then to befool innocent people of Jammu.
The statement of NC that it won’t be signatory to report of Delimitation Commission proves that party has neither respect for Constitution nor for constitutionally framed Delimitation Commission, Jasrotia said.
