KISHTWAR, June 4: To highlight the burning issues of the village Pochhal, the villagers in a meeting today framed a body in the name and style of Pochhal Development Forum.
The meeting was presided over by retired ZEO Hans Raj Bhagat and attended by a large number of villages.
Those elected as General Body members of the Forum included Hans Raj Bhagat as chairman, Pardeep Singh Parihar as patron, Mohd Munawar Butt as president, Jagdish Raj Bhagat as senior vice-president, Mohd Ashraf Giri as vice-president, Lakhmi Chand Aryan as general secretary, Javed Iqbal Giri and Badri Nath Shan as secretaries, Ajeet Bhagat as public secretary and Jagdish Raj Bhagat as cashier.
Haji Gh Abass Giri was elected as chief organizer, Ghulam Abass Giri, Jamloo Giri and Vinod Kumar Bhagat as organizers whereas Sabinder Kumar Parihar , Shadi Lal Shan, Abdul Wahid Want, Mohd Iqbal Munshi, Zakar Hussian Giri and Zakar Hussian Khwaza were elected as executive members.
