SUNDERBANI, Nov 11: The people from village Lower Bhajwal and Ainpur in Sunderbani held protest against the local administration for its failure to stop operation of a local brick kiln despite closure orders.
The locals led by some Panchayat members of the area assembled at the village Bhajwal and started protest today. They were raising slogans in support of their demand. They alleged that people of the area and their crops were suffering due to pollution created by the kiln at Ainpur Bhajwal, in Sunderbani area of district Rajouri. They alleged that despite closure orders from the PCB and District Administration it was still operating. They sought action in this regard.
