JAMMU, July 12: Sub-Registrar Munsiff Jammu, Manjeet Rai today stayed the expulsion of Advocate Tejinder Singh from the primary membership of Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Party Nationalist (JKDPN).
The stay was granted in a petition filed by Advocate Tejinder Singh, a founder member of the JKDPN, who termed the party decision as illegal, unlawful and malafide.
While staying the expulsion, the court issued notice to the party for filing objections till next date of hearing.
