JAMMU, Aug 12: Youth National Conference Provincial president Ajaz Jan today urged the Jammu and Kashmir Administration for making a roadmap to tackle unemployment.
In a statement issued here, he said that the educated unemployed youth, besides skilled and unskilled workforce were undergoing a most traumatic phase with no prospect virtually in sight.
“Despondency is gripping the youth due to bleak future on the employment front”, Jan said while addressing a function at Party Headquarters Sher-e- Kashmir Bhawan here today to welcome youth activists in the Party fold.
He also urged the youth to channelize their energies for steering Jammu and Kashmir to peace, progress and prosperity and also called upon the youth workers to intensify membership drive and reach out to every Ward and Panchayat.
