JAMMU, Aug 10: Chatha Police foiled a murder plot with the arrest of three persons along with sharp edged weapons.
As per police sources, on specific information about movement of some persons along with sharp edged weapon with an aim of killing their rival, a team from Police Post Chatha led by Inspector Rakesh Roshan under the supervision of SHO Satwari Inspector Deepak Jasrotia laid a naka at Manguchak and apprehended three persons along with sharp edged weapons.
The arrested persons were identified as Manjeet Singh, son of Jeet Singh of Malikpur Miran Sahib, Sukhvinder Singh, son of Joginder Singh of Simbal Camp and Harmeet Singh, son of Isher Singh of Makhanpur Gujran Miran Sahib.
A case FIR Number 206/2021 under Section 4/25 Arms Act has been registered at Police Station Satwari and investigation started.
The overall arrest and recoveries were made under the supervision of SDPO City South PK Mengi.
