KATHUA, May 18: Apni Party leader, Choudhary Yasir Ali has appealed to the district administration Kathua to deploy a passenger bus of Road Transport Corporation (RTC) for Lohai Malhar and Dugain as these blocks have no means of transport in this COVID pandemic situation.
“The people have to travel six to seven km if they have to go out for some work. The people are compelled to live a primitive life without the facility of transport and it has disconnected several areas,” said Choudhary Yasir Ali.
He said the RTC bus service should be started from Kathua via Billawar upto Lohai Malhar. And it should be permitted to cover the area via Kathua to Billawar, Sukarala, Mechaddi, Kindli, Badnoti via Lohai Malhar. In this way, the RTC bus will cover both the blocks i.e., Lohai Malhar and Dugain.
