JAMMU, Apr 29: Durga Nagar Welfare Committee in its meeting here, today held under the chairmanship of Roshan Lal Raina its president demanded sanitization of entire area of Durga Nagar, Roop Nagar, Swaran Vihar and adjoining areas.
The meeting said in view of COVID-19 cases reported in various localities the authorities need to take extra caution and segregate the affected localities besides making proper sprinkling and sanitization of the area.
It urged the Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) authorities to take proper measures in this regard so that the safety of the people is ensured at all costs.
The meeting among others was attended by Ravinder Bakshi, Kukoji Thaploo, Mahraj Krishan , Roshan Lal Koul, C L Zutshi, Bansi Lal and Badri Nath.
