Showroom Manager arrested for criminal breach of trust

JAMMU, Apr 24: Janipur Police arrested a showroom manager for criminal breach of trust.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by owner of Red Tape Showroom Rajat Mahajan, a resident of Trikuta Nagar against manager Naheem Mamtaz, son of Mamtaz Ahmed Malik, a resident of Haveli District Poonch for misappropriation of stock of more than Rs 2 lakh in the showroom.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 41/2021 under Section 408 IPC (criminal breach of trust) was registered at Police Station Janipur and the manager has been arrested by a team led by SHO Janipur Inspector Nayat Ali.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
