JAMMU, Feb 26: Durga Nagar Welfare Committee in a meeting held under the chairmanship of its president, Roshan Lal Raina has made an appeal to Prime Minister, Narendra Modi demanding increase in monthly cash relief of migrants in view of steep price rise of essential commodities.
The meeting said that under the prevailing circumstances when cost of living has increased tremendously it is very difficult for the relief holders to make their both ends meet on a meager cash assistance.
