JAMMU, Feb 25: A delegation of National Secular Forum (NSF), led by its president Dr Vikas Sharma today called on Prof Bechan Lal, Vice Chancellor, Cluster University of Jammu and apprised him about academic scenario and other issues need urgent attention.
Dr Vikas explained the VC about alleged gross irregularity committed in issuing seat allotment list for admission in M Ed course by the Selection Committee dropping meritorious candidates from the merit list of 5th Feb 21.
After detail discussion with supported documents presented and explained by the NSF, the Vice Chancellor said that he was already seized of this issue and enquiry has been ordered to find out the factual position.
The NSF delegation comprised of Tilak Raj Sharma, Pushpinder Singh, Divyam Kalsotra, Vikshay Vashist and others.
