Kotak Mahindra Bank and Servion Global Solutions win award

MUMBAI, May 14:  Private lender, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd (KMB) and its technology partner Servion Global Solutions (Servion), specialists in Customer Interaction Management (CIM) solutions and
applications, has bagged Asian Banker’s ‘Best Self-Service Banking
Project Award’ for 2012.
“We are delighted to receive the prestigious award from The Asian Banker.  A growing customer base led to increased volume of calls to the bank’s virtualized IP based contact center,” Shalini
Mehta, Executive Vice President, Kotak Mahindra Bank said in a release.
KMB and Servion were presented the award for devising a solution
to enhance KMB’s self-service application which provides customers
the option to be called back without losing their place in any call
