Any scheme not executed in letter and spirit can’t be much fruitful for the masses.
The RBA status giving to some areas permanently and not including others which are actually deserving by being extremely in poverty, illiteracy and backwardness indicates a phenomenon of discrimination. It should be on rotational basis as all areas falling in RBA status can’t be included at a time. The Backward Commission first of all should publicise the norms/criteria for the purpose and then ask for the applications/justification from the public for inclusion of such areas. Many backward areas in tehsil Sunderbani where road connectivity, electricity and even drinking water is not available deserve to be included in RBA status. Hope, the commission, in order to extend benefit to all deserving would do the needful.
