JAMMU, Nov 26: Akhnoor police arrested a man along with illicit liquor.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Akhnoor Police Station led by SHO Inspector Ravi Singh Parihar laid a naka and apprehended a person along with 13 bottles of illicit liquor.
The arrested person has been identified as Suram Singh, son of Surinder Singh, a resident of Tilla Chowki, tehsil Chowki Choura, District Jammu.
A case under FIR Number 222/2020 under Section 48 (a) Excise Act has been registered at Police Station Akhnoor and investigation started.
