JAMMU, Sept 13: The dead body of an unknown man was found dead today near Ranveereshwar Temple in Jammu City.
According to a police official, the deceased is about 40-45 years old and appears to be non-resident of J&K. He said according to the locals, the deceased used to live and lay on footpath outside the Ranveereshwar Temple.
He said that the body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room of the Hospital, Jammu for identification or postmortem while inquest proceeding under Section 174 CrPC was initiated in this connection by Police Station City.
