JAMMU, Apr 18: In reference to the news regarding supply of Maximizin 625 mg Tablet (Batch No: PBT-1583), Medley Pharmaceuticals Ltd has clarified that the product has neither been manufactured nor marketed by it to Government Hospitals of J&K.
Medley neither authorized nor supplied Maximizin 625 tablets to M/s Life Line Pharmaco Surgicals, Jammu to participate in any tender to supply to Government Hospitals of J&K, the company said, adding some people with the help of Life Line Pharmaco Surgicals, Jammu have used Medley’s name and made forged documents to participate in the tender with the ulterior motive.
Medley Pharmaecuticals Ltd also clarified that it has not authorized any party directly or indirectly to supply Maximizin 625 to the hospitals in J&K.
