JAMMU, Aug 4: Government today accorded sanction to the placement of three Consultants of the Jammu and Kashmir Health & Family Welfare (Gazetted) Service as Incharge (I/c) Senior Consultants in their respective disciplines, in their own pay and grade, for a period of six months or till the vacancies are filled-up on regular basis and consequently ordered their transfers and postings.
The Consultants who have been placed as Incharge Senior Consultants are Dr Abdul Majid Gagjoo (Medicine), Dr Zahoor Ahmed Hamdani (Surgery) and Dr Suhail Afzal Kuchay (Orthopaedics), as per an order issued by the Government.
Consequently, Dr Abdul Majid Gajoo (presently on deputation to GMC Srinagar) has been transferred and posted to District Hospital Bandipora, Dr Zahoor Ahmed Hamdani (presently on deputation to GMC Anantnag) has been transferred and posted to District Hospital Ganderbal while as Dr Suhail Afzal Kuchay (presently posted at Police Hospital Srinagar) has been transferred and posted to District Hospital Rajouri.
