MUMBAI: The IPL Governing Council has officially been given go ahead from the Indian Government to host the 13th edition of the IPL 2020 from September 19 to November 10 in the United Arab Emirates.
During its meeting here on Sunday, the governing council decided to allow 24 players for each squad.
The timings for the cash-rich league will be 1930 hrs IST instead of usual 2000 hrs IST.
The IPL governing council also decided to retain Vivo as its title sponsor for the upcoming edition of the Twenty20 tournament. (AGENCIES)
