JAMMU, May 7: The Jammu and Kashmir Government today ordered the transfer and posting of 9 Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Services (JKAS) officers.
As per an order, Mufti-M-Farid-ud-Din, Special Secretary to the Government, Industries and Commerce Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Kupwara, against an available vacancy, Ghulam Rasool Mir, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Baramulla, against an available vacancy, and Pankaj Magotra, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Poonch, against an available vacancy.
The order further said that Manzoor Ahmad Bhat, Special Secretary in the office of Chief Electoral Officer, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Ganderbal, against an available vacancy, Mohammad Ashraf Sheikh, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama, under orders of transfer as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Awantipora, shall continue as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama, and Reyaz Ahmad Shah, Joint Director (Administration) in the Directorate of Rural Development, Kashmir, under orders of transfer as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara, shall await further orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department.
Gulzar Ahmad, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara, against an available vacancy, Mushtaq Ahmad Lone, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Awantipora, against an available vacancy, and Mazahir Hussain Shah, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Ramsoo, against an available vacancy.
