JAMMU, Jan 9: The 8th Board meeting of the National Trade and Wholesale Board (NTWB) was held here today.
The meeting was chaired by Sunil Singhi, Chairman, NTWB and Dr Sanjay Bansal, National Board Member saw participation from Secretaries and Joint Secretaries of 9 Ministries.
The meeting focused on discussing key issues and formulating strategies for the growth and development of trade and industry in India.
Dr Bansal actively contributed to the discussions, providing valuable suggestions on the National Retail Trade Policy, GST, MSME Courts and Banking Facilities to Traders.
His suggestions on the National Retail Trade Policy are expected to have a significant impact on the future of the business community.
He also emphasized the need for enhanced banking facilities to support traders and businesses.
The meeting resulted in several key decisions aimed at promoting the welfare of trade and industry, including measures to improve infrastructure, facilitate ease of doing business and enhance access to credit for traders and MSMEs.
