85 test COVID +ve in J&K

JAMMU, Apr 15: A total of 85 fresh COVID-19 positive cases were reported today from Jammu and Kashmir, 36 from Jammu division and 49 from Kashmir valley.
The highest number of 28 cases was reported from Jammu district, followed by 13 from Anantnag, 9 from Srinagar, 8 each from Pulwama and Bandipora, 6 from Baramulla, 5 from Udhampur, 4 from Budgam and 1 each from Doda, Poonch, Reasi and Kulgam districts.
As per reports, a total of 3,262 COVID tests were conducted in the Union Territory in last 24 hours. The number of active COVID cases in the UT as on date is 716 — 327 in Jammu division and 389 in Kashmir region whereas 55 COVID patients recovered today, 10 from Jammu division and 45 from Kashmir division.
The highest number of 216 active cases is in Jammu district, followed by 86 in Srinagar, 60 in Baramulla, 52 in Kulgam, 47 in Budgam, 36 in Pulwama, 31 in Anantnag, 27 in Kishtwar, 25 in Bandipora, 24 in Ganderbal, 22 in Kupwara, 19 in Udhampur, 17 in Doda, 14 Samba, 9 each in Rajouri and Ramban, 7 in Reasi, 6 in Shopian, 5 in Poonch and 4 in Kathua district.
