JAMMU, Oct 8: 84th Air Force Day was celebrated with great pomp and show at Air Force Station, Jammu.
A wide range of activities and events under the command of Air Commodore, Ashutosh Lal, Air Officer Commanding, Air Force station Jammu, were organized to mark the occasion.
The events included different activities spread over a week. The main attraction was an 8 Km open run named “8 For 8”.
The Air Officer Commanding interacted with Air warriors and their families. Wreath laying ceremony was also conducted in the memory of all those Air Force Jawans, who laid down their lives in the service of the Nation.
