RAJOURI, May 14: The police foiled bovines smuggling attempt and rescued eight bovine animals in Taryath area of Kalakote today.
A police spokesman said that police naka party at Matheni Galla intercepted eight cattle when they were being taken illegally by two persons towards Kashmir. While the smugglers escaped from the spot. The cattle were rescued. A case has been registered in this connection.
