8 BB signs MoU with Axis Bank for hassle free loans

JAMMU, Sept 28: Axis Bank signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with 8 Boundaries Builders (8 BB) for providing hassle free home loans to the public to buy ‘Safa Valley’ residential apartments being constructed by the latter at Bathindi in Jammu.
While speaking on the occasion, Rajesh Kumar (ED), 8 Boundaries Builders said that the motto of 8 Boundaries is to provide housing facilities with international standards.
Surendra Kumar Saran (Senior Representative, Axis Bank) while speaking on the occasion said that the tie up has been done with an objective to increase the Home Loan portfolio of the Bank and to give a boost to the affordable housing with a good network of branches across India and outside country.
He further said that by signing MoU, Axis Bank desired to provide hassle free finance to public for purchasing of these flats in Safa valley residential apartments at Bathindi Jammu.
Others present on this occasion were Aamir Suharwardy (GM), AK Dulloo (FH), Deepika Jandial (PR Mgr) 8 Boundaries Builders, Sankalp Jain (Cr Mgr) and Manish Thakur (Ops Mgr) from Axis Bank.
