7 SEs promoted; 11 CEs shifted, posted

JAMMU, July 15: The Government today elevated/placed seven Superintending Engineers (SEs) as I/C Chief Engineers and issued orders of transfer and posting of 11 Chief Engineers in the Power Development Department (PDD).

The Government also regularized the services of 16 I/C Chief Engineers (Elect), 54 SEs, 93 Executive Engineers (Xens) and 105 Assistant Executive Engineers in the PDD.
The SEs placed as I/C Chief Engineers are- Aaquib Sultana Waheed Deva, Shurjeel Gani Lalla, Nisar Ahmed Lone, Mohd Hussain Shah, Dalbir Singh, Vijay Kumar Balmotra and Javaid Ahmed Dar.
Consequent upon the above promotions/ placements, I/C Chief Engineer Rahilla Wani has been shifted from JKPTCL Kashmir (Transmission) to JKPTCL (Transmission) Jammu.
Mumtaz Ahmed I/C CE (P&P) KPDCL has been shifted and posted as I/C Chief Engineer Projects Jammu with addl charge of Secy, Technical.
Habib Choudhary, I/C CE (Generation ) Kashmir, JKPDC has been shifted and posted as I/C CE (Generation) Jammu, JKPDCL with addl charge of ED (E) JKPDC.
Vikas Anand I/C CE ( Transmission) JKPTCL Jammu has been shifted and posted as I/C CE (Trading) JKPCL. Newly promoted SE as I/C CE Sultana Deva has been posted as I/C CE (Transmission) JKPTCL Srinagar vice Rahilla Wani.
Shurjeel Gani Lalla after promotion has been posted as I/C CE (Procurement & Planning) KPDCL vice Mumtaz Ahmed. Nissar Ahmed Lone after promotion has been placed as I/C CE (Distribution) KPDCL, with addl charge as SE; Mohd Hussain Shah as I/C CE Projects, KPDCL with addl charge as SE; Dalbir Singh I/C CE has been deputed to CVPPL; Vijay Kumar as I/C CE (Procurement & Planning) JPDCL while Javaid Ahmed Dar after promotion has been placed as I/C Chief Engineer (Generation) Kashmir, JKPDC vice Habib Choudhary. He shall also hold the addl charge of the post of SE Circle I & II KPDCL.
Meanwhile, the Government today regularized the services of 16 Incharge Chief Engineers, 54 Incharge Superintending Engineers, 93 Incharge Executive Engineers and 105 Incharge Executive Engineers (Elect) in the Power Development Department. It is pertinent to mention here that several among them have expired while many of them have retired.
