JAMMU, Sept 29: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir today issued orders of transfers and postings of seven IFS officers.

Dr VS Senthil Kumar, a senior IFS officer of AGMUT-2005 batch, who recently returned from the Central deputation, has been posted as Chief Conservator of Forests (CCF), Jammu, vice Dr MK Kumar. Dr Senthil shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Regional Director, Social Forestry, Jammu. Prior to his posting here, Senthil was on deputation to Indian Council for Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE), Dehradun and Central Academy for State Forest Services, Coimbatore.
Dr MK Kumar, a senior IFS officer of AGMUT-2006 batch, has been transferred and posted as Chief Conservator of Forests, Working Plan, Research and Trainings, against an available vacancy.
Dr K S Jayachandran, an IFS officer of AGMUT-2006 batch, currently posted as CCF/ Nodal officer (CFA), shall hold the charge of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), CAMPA, J&K, in addition to his own duties.
R Gopinath, an IFS officer of AGMUT-2009 batch, who recently joined here, has been posted as Member Secretary, J&K Pollution Control Committee (JKPCC/Earlier PCB), vice Ghan Shyam Singh (JKAS), who shall report to General Administration Department for further posting.
Ashish Bishnoi, an IFS officer of AGMUT-2023 batch, awaiting orders of adjustment, has been posted as Assistant Conservator of Forests (ACF) with PCCF/HoFF, J&K.
Atharva Tiwari, an IFS officer of AGMUT-2023 batch, who recently joined here, has been posted as ACF with CCF Kashmir while, Jhansi N, an IFS officer of AGMUT-2023 batch, awaiting orders of adjustment, has been posted as ACF with CCF Jammu.
