UDHAMPUR, Sept 20: Four females among seven persons were arrested following Police raid on an alleged brothel, which was being run under guise of a spa in heart of the Udhampur town.
Acting on the basis of reliable information, Police conducted raid late last night at the spa centre, namely Blue Lotus Spa & Salon, which was being run in a private building in Ward number 5, Barrian Mohalla of Udhampur town. The raiding Police team, led by SHO Udhampur Purab Singh, arrested four women among seven persons from the spa for allegedly indulging in immoral trafficking activities. Click here to watch video
During preliminary verification, it was found that the said spa centre was being used as a brothel house under the garb of running spa services. A case FIR number 342/2025, under Sections 3, 4, 5, 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act has been registered in this connection at Police Station Udhampur and further investigation is going on.
