JAMMU, Dec 5: Following Council of Ministers’ decision, General Administration Department today issued orders for promotion of six JKAS officers, with immediate effect.
Shubra Sharma has been promoted to the Super Time Scale of JKAS while Shabir Ahmad Raina, Jahangir Hashmi and Vaibhav Kohli have been promoted to the Special Scale.
Similarly, Abdul Qyume and Sheeba Inayart have been promoted to the Selection Grade of JKAS.
Consequent upon the promotion, Vaibhav Kohli has been designated as Special Secretary in Lt Governor’s Secretariat while Abdul Qyume has been designated as Additional Secretary to the Government in the respective department.
However, other promotes shall continue at their present place of posting, till further orders.
