RAJOURI, May 14: Six persons were injured in three separate road accidents in Mendhar and Rajouri area today.
A police spokesman said two persons were seriously injured after a tractor turned turtle in Balakote area of Mendhar today. Identified as Mohd Khalil and Mohd Saleem, residents of Ari village, they were rushed to District Hospital Rajouri and later, referred to GMC Hospital Jammu. The police has taken cognizance.
Two youth were injured after two bikes collided at Sodhra bridge in Sunderbani area today. The injured Gulshan Kumar -24, hailing from Banpuri and Harsh Kumar from Ainpur were removed to SDH Sunderbani.
One Sahil Kumar, son of Dev Raj and pillion rider, Karan Singh -18, residents of Siot were injured when their bike slipped on the road near Lamberi. Both were shifted to Sunderbani hospital. Sahil was later referred to GMC Hospital, Jammu.
