JAMMU, June 29: A Lok Adalat was held at District Court Complex Samba under the chairmanship of MK Sharma, Chairman, DLSA, Principal District and Sessions Judge Samba.
On the occasion, three benches were constituted. The first bench was headed by MK Sharma, Chairman, DLSA, Principal District and Sessions Judge Samba and assisted by SK Khanmotra, Advocate, whereas the second bench comprised of Ajay Gupta Chief Judicial Magistrate and Jyoti Bhagat Additional Munsiff Samba. the third bench comprised of Swati Gupta, Secretary DLSA Samba and Pooja Raina, Munsiff Samba.
A total of 69 cases were taken up, out of which 51 cases were disposed off amicably and an amount of Rs 2,50,700 was settled.
