Jammu, Dec 10: The Home Department of J&K Government today ordered promotion of 50 Inspectors as Deputy Superintendents of Police in one of the slowest promotion process initiated in first week of February this year and after one and a half month of DPC conducted by J&K PSC at Srinagar.
According to the order, 40 Inspectors of 1995 batch Executive Wing, two Inspectors of 1998 Computer Batch, four Inspectors of 2000 batch Executive Wing (Category) and four Inspectors of 1998 batch Armed Wing have been promoted to the next rank.

According to the order, the promotees are Suhail Rashid, Pardeep Gupta, Mushtaq Ahmad, Mir Afaq Ahmad, Tsewing Dorje, Tahir Yousuf, Mohd Amin Khatana, Kulbir Singh Bhau, Jaffar Ali Khan, Lotus Ragbees, Gulzar Ahmed Bhat, Sanjeev Sharma, Kamal Sangra, Musadiq Abass, Om Parkash Chib, Mohd. Ramzan, Gulshan Akhter, Muneer Ahmed, Manzoor Ahmed, Hafizullah Mir, Rajinder Kour, Sheikh Gh. Jeelani, Aftab Ahmad Bhat, Nisar Ahmad Hura, Sanjay Kumar Abrol, Tsering Gurmeet, Pir Atiquallah, Rajesh Sharma, Bishnesh Kumar, Mohd. Faisal Khan, Nasir Ahmad, Mohd. Yousuf Dar, Padma Dorjhe, Showkat Ahmad, Masarat Akhter, Anayatullah, Mushtaq Ahmed, Mohd Amin, Dalbir Kour and Deepankar Singh, Vijay Kumar, Reena Devi, Rakesh Kumar, Neeraj Bhagat, Prabhu Diyal, Karan Chalotra, Bashir Ahmed, Almas Sharma, Shokat Ahmad and Shashi Kant.
