POONCH, Oct 7: Five persons were injured in two separate road accidents in Mendhar and Nowshera area today.
A police spokesman said that a Tata Sumo JK-12/ 7143 hit a bike near Fambra Nad on Sunrakote-Mendhar Road this afternoon, causing injuries to the three bike riders. Identified as Nazakat Hussain, Azeem raja and Parvaz Ahmed, they were removed to SDH Surankote. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
Two persons were injured when their Maruti car No. JK-11/9467 collided with a bus no. JK02AW/3165 near Narian on Jammu-Poonch highway this afternoon. The injured Pawan Kumar and his son Tej Pal Sharma from Rajouri were shifted to Nowshera hospital.
