JAMMU, June 28: Nagrota, Jhajjar Kotli and Canal Road Police seized four vehicles involved in illegal mining.
As per police sources, teams from Police Station Nagrota led by SHO Inspector Mohammad Shoket, Police Station Jhajjar Kotli headed by SHO Inspector Devinder Singh and Police Post Canal Road led by SI Ravinder Singh on specific inputs raided at different locations in their respective areas and seized four different vehicles involved in illegal mining.
The mining was done in violation of order of High Court of J&K.
In order to strictly implement the drive against illegal mining and to tighten noose against the violators of the law, Jammu Police has initiated strict action.
