RAJOURI, May 29: The police seized two vehicles loaded with bovine animals and arrested four persons in this connection in Sunderbani area today.
Reports said that a police party led by SHO Devinder Katoch intercepted vehicles bearing registration No. JK02AC/7066 and JK02AK/7991 on Mawa-Patrara road in Sunderbani last night and arrested four persons including drivers of the Tata Mobile vehicles. The loaded animals were also seized along with vehicles.
Four persons arrested in this connection were identified as Vijay Kumar, son of Amar Nath of Rah Siot, Ashok Kumar, son of Challa Ram of Parat, Kabira, son of Mir Hussain of Mawa Patrara and Mohd Bashir, son of Abdullah, resident of Sarara. The police registered a case against them and started investigation.
