UDHAMPUR, June 20: Three workers of Safex Chemicals (India) Limited received severe electric shock while working at Battal Balian industrial unit, here today.
According to the police, three workers namely Ram Charan (35), son of Rattan Lal of Chak, Romesh Kumar (25), son of Madan Lal of Thanu and Mohd Aslam (35), son of Mani of Chak, working in factory of Safex Chemicals (India) Limited at Battal Ballian, sustained electric shock while working in the factory.
There was some short-circuits in the factory that caused the mishap. Other workers rushed to the spot and took the injured parsons to District Hospital Udhampur where doctors referred them to GMC Jammu in view of their serious condition.
Udhampur Police held registered a case in this connection.
