REASI, Jan 22: In a drive against illegal mining, Reasi Police seized three vehicles involved in the crime.
Police teams headed by SHO Reasi and ICPP Talwara of Reasi Police inspected at different locations and seized three vehicles engaged in illegal mining.
In the surprise operation, which was carried out at different locations, team of Police Station Reasi seized a dumper bearing Registration No. JK20C 7789 and tractor trolley bearing Registration No. JK20C-2232, JK20-3819 involved in transportation of illegal mining material from Dera Baba area. After seizure of these vehicles Mining Officer was informed for necessary legal action.
While giving the details, DySP HQs Reasi, Neeraj Padyar conveyed that Reasi Police is committed to eradicate the menace of illegal mining in the area.
