RAJOURI, Feb 5: As a part of investigations into the deaths at Badhaal village in Rajouri due to mysterious illness, District Administration today seated three shops of seeds/pesticides in the town here this evening.
Official source said that as the neurotoxin or some other toxin being said to be the reason behind the deaths, the District Administration today deputed a team led by Tehsildar Rajouri which inspected seeds stores and pesticide shops in Rajouri city and sealed three of them. These shops belonged to Sham Lal and Bhola Ram from Dangri and Sunil Gupta from Rajouri town.
The team collected samples of the said pesticides from these shops. It is being said that this type of action will be taken in every area of Rajouri district in the coming days and such shops which sell all such material without license will be sealed.
