3 officers suffer cardiac arrests

KISHTWAR, Jan 23: Three officers from the mountainous Kishtwar district today were airlifted to Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu after they suffered cardiac arrests today.

As per sources, Assistant Director Fisheries, Kulbhushan Verma; Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Kishtwar, Dr. Rajinder Kumar and Naib Tehsildar Machail, Dharminder Singh suffered heart attack while on duty.
They informed that Dharminder was having previous history of cardiac problem while CMO Dr Rajinder was unwell for the last few days and he fell unconscious today and AD Fisheries, Kulbhushan Verma suffered a massive attack today.
These officers were under treatment at Jammu till last reports.
