Srinagar, July 12: Three persons were killed in different road accidents across the Valley today, police said.
A motorcycle rider, Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Ganie son of Abdul Rashid of Ganistan in district Bandipora, was critically injured when he rammed his motorbike, JK01M/3328, into an electric poll at Bandipora, police said. Ganaie was shifted to SKIMS, Srinagar, where he succumbed to his injuries.
A pedestrian, Ghulam Hassan Lone resident of Lathishah, Sopore, was killed when he was hit by a moving Tipper, JK04B/7040, at Railway bridge in Humhama in Budgam district.
In another accident, an Auto load carrier, JK04A/4273, hit and injured Ghulam Mustafa Rather son of Baqir Rather of Agrokalan at Agrokalan, Magam in district Budgam. He was shifted to SKIMS, Soura, where he succumbed to his injuries.
