SAMBA, Jan 9: Three persons were injured in a road mishap after a Trala crossed over the divider of the road and hit with a tractor trolley at Swankha Morh area of Vijaypur in District Samba today.
According to the Police, the mishap occurred at Jammu -Pathankot National Highway near Swankha Morh area of Vijaypur, when a trala bearing registration No PB046M- 9880 coming from Jammu, reached near Swankha Morh and suddenly the driver lost control over steering and the trala crossed the road divider and hit with a tractor trolley bearing Registration No JK08E- 1712 .
Three person got injured in the accident. They were identified as Gopal Singh, son of Mohan Singh of Amritsar (driver of trala), Dharam Paul, son of Dev Raj, resident of Pathwal, Kathua and Ajay Kumar, son of Mukhtair Chand also resident of Pathwal Kathua. They were shifted to Emergency Hospital Vijaypur for treatment with the assistance of locals. After first aid the doctors referred Gopal Singh to Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu for specialized treatment and another two are under treatment at Vijaypur Hospital.
The police has taken cognizance of the matter and started investigation.
